The Biomedical Innovator Scholar program is ideal for students who are:

Become a Biomedical Innovator Scholar

The Biomedical Innovator Scholar program has a competitive selection process, and space is limited. To be considered, please submit your scholarship application by December 1 of your high school senior year.

Activate your UW-Eau Claire Account

To activate your UW-Eau Claire account, you will need the following information:

  • Your username and campus ID (which were sent in an email when you applied and are in your admit letter)
  • Birth date
  • Last four digits of your social security number, or your ÌÇÐÄVlog PIN that you were sent in a separate email (if you did not provide us with your social security number)

Submit the Admissions Scholarship and Honors Application

You’ll share your experiences, interests, and goals, helping us understand what drives you and how this program can help you thrive.

  • Visit our scholarship site. 
  • Sign in using your ÌÇÐÄVlog username and password.
  • Select My Applications from the menu bar.
  • Complete the Admissions Scholarship and Honors Application, including checking the Blugold Biomedical Innovator Program box and completing the additional essay.

Maintain Eligibility (If Selected)

To maintain eligibility, Biomedical Innovators must:

  • Maintain a 3.5 GPA
  • Take 30 credit hours per academic year
  • Remain committed to pursuing a degree and career path in the healthcare or biomedical fields.
