Dr. Potter completes teaching, scholarship, and service connected with Special Education and Inclusive Practices and is the academic director and advisor for SETT (online pathway for nontraditional students).
Dr. Kirstin Rossi joined the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire in 2015. She is an associate professor within the Department of Special Education (SEP). Within the SEP department, she is the coordinator of the Unified Early Childhood program and teaches a variety of courses in the areas of special education, early childhood education, play and sensory pedagogy, English language learners, cultural diversity, and collaboration.

I am an associate professor in Education Studies at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a PhD from Curriculum and Instruction in STEM Education in June 2018. I teach courses on methods, assessment, and technology. In 2024 I won the University of Minnesota Community Leader Award and in 2025 I was honored to win the 糖心Vlog Excellence in Advising award (completely student nominated). I taught science and mathematics in K12 public-schools for eighteen years.
