About the Global Business Studies Center (GBSC)

The Global Business Studies Center is designed to build international partnerships, help students engage with markets around the world, encourages collaboration across borders, and connects them to international business opportunities.

The Center connects students, faculty, and community partners to launch ideas, explore cultural concepts, and connect across disciplines and borders. The Global Business Studies Center uses a three-pillar approach, including research, consulting, and experiential learning.

Community and Collaboration

The Global Business Studies Center is more than a space; it’s a place designed to help students and organizations thrive in a growing global world. Our community connects people and ideas through:

• Networking with mentors, founders, and investors
• Collaboration with the International Business Student Professionals (IBSP) group
• Local site visits with area businesses
• Built-in accountability and support for your projects

Local Businesses Support Needed

We need mentors, event volunteers, and guest speakers. We also need infrastructure support, seed money for student busineses, and student scholarships.

If you are interested in supporting us, please . You can either talk to one of our Foundation representatives about specific ideas you have, or click on "Give Now." To give to this specific center, make sure to type in 0745 under "what would you like your donation to support?"
