About the Leadership Center

The Leadership Center is designed to develop future change makers, build essential skills for students to provide influence and impact, support the growth of confident capable individuals, and cultivate vision and responsibility

The Leadership Center is one of the only places in the Chippewa Valley to offer immersive, in-person leadership development opportunities, connections with students in leadership projects, and to provide research opportunities crossing student and community members.

The Leadership Center is more than a space; it’s an ecosystem designed to help students and community leaders thrive. Our Center connects people and ideas through:

• Networking with mentors and community leaders
• Collaboration with the Student Leaders and Management (SLAM) organization
• Local site visits with area businesses
• Built-in accountability and support for your projects

Local Businesses Support Needed

We need mentors, event volunteers, and guest speakers. We also need infrastructure support, seed money for student busineses, and student scholarships.
